Its lacking depth and blending imo.
Depth is about how objects closer look sharper and objects further away looks blurry. Just like how you would expect a picture with person standing in front of a far-away background would be.
1. Blur the background, sharpen the focal.
2. Put a Black-White gradient map on luminosity 30%
The guy isn't blended too well, he seems a bit popped out. So try some smudging and make the render look natural with the background.
=) Its a nice piece though, I always seem to leave the compliments out but I think its got potential to be a great piece if you fix up few things here and there!

I agree with milly, lacks depth. On top of her suggestions, I don't like the text. The grey text doesn't fit well. I'd go with maybe a white, see how that looks, if not then take your eye dropper tool and grab some colors from his shades and see which one looks the best. The little effect under "HavinFun" take that out. It doesn't go well with the tag at all. Milly gave some good suggestions, i'd follow those as well as changing your text.
