Edit : before any1 say somehitng about it D: i say it myself=p i culdnt make a black border for some reason cuz it kept on staying white lol .

Blend her in more. She's popping out a little too much. I like the colors, although it lacks contrast and depth. Sharpen up some of the smudging and effects, and blur others to get some depth. Throw in some adjustment layers (photo filters, brightness/contrast, etc..) to get some contrast. Soften up the text, maybe use white, black is a little harsh. Adding in a light source will also help with depth. I don't know if it's part of the render, but she has "rings" in her hair, and a thin green streak through it. Seems a little out of place, i'd change that if possible.
EDIT: For a black border, make a new layer above everything. Hit Ctrl+A, go to edit >> Stroke >> Then do 2-3 px on center, make sure black is selected as your foreground color.

i use it to add a border i know i shouldnt lol but i learned it that way o.o xD

the psd will automatically be flattened if you save as png/jpg/gif.

Just do this:
Add a new layer like you normally would.
Select the entire canvas(CTRL+a)
Go to edit->Stroke
Select a nice colour(Black is generally best), set it to 3 px on inside and click OK.
