Problems with PhotoShop

So, I've got some problems with it...
first: I can't put pictures in a new made "sig Size" thingy.. so If I make something, I can't put a pic in it...
second: It keeps saying:
'Untitled-1 @ 100% (Layer ...(input Nr) Gray/8)'
And I can't get any color in it, except for grey, black, and white.. even when I click something like, red, or yellow, it just becomes a lighter form of grey!!!
wtf??

change to RGP colors (or whatever they r called)
new > make sure it isnt grey

go "Image" -> "Mode" -> put on RGB, not Greyscale.
i think that should work..

you tried everything?
post a screenshot of your photoshop screen as it is atm.

go to your photoshop screen, press the PrtScrn button somewhere top right on
your laptop or above the 4 arrows on your pc keyboard, open paint, CTRL+V,
save as .jpg or .whatever, upload, post here <3

Maybe the layer of the pic your trying to drag in is locked.
