Crop those to a banner size (duno how big, but about the height of the poll option window and as long as this posting window?)
And add the text : Dough Balls Gaming Clan
Most preferd if you can do it with the 2nd.
Maybe cut the guy out and crop him and add some background where he would fit?
If this is wrong section please move it to the right
