I am not sure what I think about this one. I have been playing in PS and this is the best I have come up with. It still does not look right. I think I maybe went overboard with the tie dye but i needed something to tie the render to the background and what better than tie dye! lol
Any tips? (Please leave directions with the tips because I just got the program)

edit: I toned down the colors a little bit but it still needs work just not sure what else to do to it.

Well after looking at this 3 days straight I've finally came up with viable comments. >.> It was very hypnotizing, yes, and I'm going to comment on things that I think you can improve on.
The most important thing I noticed in your work was the color palettes.
I know you've toned down the colors already but what mades you pick...that fushia purple, bright light blue and yellow? You've had a great shade of orange on the girl and the sig would have looked great if you chose some lighter orange and brown to go with the orange in the shirt. You could ahve used those colors as the shade.
Text. The font is not too bad but its too close to the corner and its in white. I suggest you to take some color from the color pallet I've mentioned before. And you should try reading Rizla's basic tutorial about the "rule of thirds" So if you make a line vertically and horizontally deviding the sig in 3rd, you'll have some intersection points and that's where you should aim to place the text.
Star effects on the hair doesn't look too bad but they're out of place imo. If I really wanted sparkly effects, I would have picked a spot and made a light source and placed the start effects around that light. I think its overally a bad idea to put sparkly effects over the render you have.
If you have any comments regarding the things I've said go ahead and tell me ^^

I knew the colors were off but I just had no idea what would work. I liked the neon (as a stand alone thing) and thought it would go well with the background. Using the shirt color is a wonderful point. *slaps forehead*
Basically this sig ended up being all the new things I learned in PS that day (lol). I liked the background pic but it really got lost in the end. I am going to play with the colors but i think overall it is just a big mess and may have to be tossed.
Thanks a lot for looking at it and letting me know what you think.

OK, I just scrapped the other one. Any comments on this one? I like it a lot but feedback is always cool.

i like it too :O but i think some smudge and blur would make the flames and the backhead of the guy look better imo
but i think the rest loooks great, i like the text
