Where should i change/improve?

there's a useful thing called a tutorial the kind that have the whole thing written out step by step. if you follow one of those which are in the stickies then you will improve 500 million kajillion times more. i promise

You need colors that are "matching" ie that go well together. Blue and green rarely look good together, so you need to consider "warm" and "cool" colors. Good luck with it.

There is so much to improve on, the best thing would be to follow a simple tutorial.

What is the second render ? It's really hard to tell.
