Well this took me mabye 1:30 hours, i messed with some stuff, its something new from me kinda?

v2: edited text, added some more stuff?

the tears look kinda fake mayb you could work a little more ont hem and the sig could use more effects overall, looks good though

More effects would probably ruin it, It looks fine, though the path of the tear indeed isn't all that great. Warp it a little i'd say.. (If you created it yourself that is)

I like the emotion from it. I think the circles are a little overdone, i'd maybe take a softbrush and do just a few and set it on lighten/screen. V2 is better.

Anyways, IMO the lensfralre is too obvious. Try something simple like smudging it orso, or using a different layer style then normal(I'd reccomend something like Soft Light/Lighten)

Also, the right-side->left side contrast is too big. At least, something doesnt look OK to me. I think it's because half her face on the left side is (too) dark. You should try fixing that

On a side note:
I don't think that playboy logo works good as your personal logo. Because that logo is so labeled and when people see that logo they think of hot chicks, so it doesn't really work well with all sigs. (Like this sorrow sig)

But that's just my opinion.
