The lines passing through him towards the bottom are more of a distraction than anything. If you would have done some smudging and clipping masks around the render it would look really nice.

You tend to put your text on paths and curve them, I suggest you stop. Just keep it simple and horizontal by his shoulder. The text looks really blurry too, keep it simple, again. Any sans serif font or anything along those lines will do.

The render is really dark, I suggest adding a light source then tackling it with the dodge/burn tool after.

Still looks good, it just needs a few adjustments and more depth.
