Hey
im confused, how do i have a moving avatar? I see some moderators have it and lots of normal people, how do i make them, or where do i get them from?

They're not difficult to create, depending on the program you use. If you use Photoshop, you also have this little program that comes with it, called ImageReady, which enables you to make a moving image very easily.
You can have a layer for each 'frame', or you can import a video file and convert it to a .gif.
You can find many tutorials about how to learn this, it's really not difficult!

I once had that moving Kakashi Avatar (don't worry if you don't remember, it was only for shor) and I just found it on the web...
xD
And I just used it... without knowing if it would mov or not, but it did.. so...

gunner i can try and make you one if you want. like my yoshi signature, and by the way your sig is really nice O_O did you make that? i doubt it though. you say you can't even add text in photoshop lol. anyway its nice
