looks pretty good imo
i like the depth but it could use some light source
the text kinda stinks but the render and bg are pretty cool
more effects wouldnt hurt either

Try to keep your text away from the corners if you can help it. Bring that text closer to your render and don't tilt it. Tilted text in most cases don't come out looking to well. She needs to be blended in better to the BG rather then sticking out like a sore thumb. It looks like there's a light source in the upper left corner. If that's part of the stock then i'd brush/smudge over that and re-create your own light source. Her face is really bright so after the light source you'd have to go to work on her with the dodge/burn tool. I like the color scheme and the idea, it's only a few steps in, so you still have a few more steps to go before it's completed. Keep practing! <3

is the background supposed to be white?

i would like more to see a transparent background and the text 'in' the sig and her head could 'pop-out'

i dont know why that background is white U.U

and on that other pamela sig the bg is white when it should be transparent and btw.. your text should be in the sig not outside.. And now i comment the second one

Too make the BG transparent save it as a .gif or a .png, I would suggest .png for the TOP quality, seeing .gif is only 256 colours max..
