i gots photoshop so i was wondering if anyone can gimme a short tutorial summary of what you think is easy for a beginner

I read the tutorials in the tutorial sticky but they're too complex for my status >_< i would really like to learn how to resize pics first at least

although i think gamerender tutorials are more for intermediates
i think theres one beginner tutorial on there though
