You followed Luoma's sig, give him some credit.
As for the sig... I don't like the big zoom on the face. The text is way to simple imo and I don't think it fits a animal sig sig.
Good parts are the simplicity and I like the contrast between B/W and the blue.

i didnt really thought about that. and i find the pet on a site and i was thinking: gr8 for a sig

The way you colored in his eye on the right it just doesn't look very natural. Fix that up and it should look less awkward.

Its a cute sig...I dont like how the left eye is such a bright nonrealistic blue and the right eye is quite shadowed. Try to improve the lighting on that right eye... and use a more realistic blue on the dogs left eye... . I think that'll make it even cuter than it is already and it will blend together a bit better ;3

I like it dude it is just his right eye looks like its a lazy eye or something compared to his left. Fix his right eye and that is one awesome sig

I say good style
but you should use a stock with some better eyes to work with ^^ or atleast lighten those up
