Ok so here's the idea:

Since we're porting to phpbb3 why don't we (as the ACs) make a theme or several themes. (as I think one should be our goal since stuff like ac teams didn't work out.)

Well i've found out that working with the standard themes and editing them is the best way to go, so i've decided it'd be best if i did the editing myself, and let you guys help me with the (you guessed it!) graphical part! SO i'll just edit the code to fit it, and you guys show me some of your design that would look good for a SRF theme! here are the standard themes

So I put a test forum up so you can see the styles and what not. You can also ask me to add a specific style so you can edit that one. You will all be granted ADMIN (as in i'll give you guys the root admin so you can edit anything to your liking, but please make sure someone else has done their theme and their data is saved. (You can make notes in the admin section))

I still have to wait for SG to agree with this, so I cannot say that we as the AC Will be the theme providers, but that shouldn't withhold you from starting already!

Good idea, but yes, more information about it would be helpful.

Don't worry, I was still configuring it so for that reason it wasn't up yet, but the install was successful and you should now be able to access it

i think this is a cool idea, but it may be very hard to actually implement. a lot of SRF's layout is done with custom scripts that have been written by Ryoko and others, and while i am sure that it would be possible to adapt those to a theme that the wonderful denizens of the AC come up with, we need to make sure before you all put a lot of time in.

1211, i suggest you PM Ryoko and get his input. if i had root server access i could answer more of your questions.
