@ klemmyez, I think the style of Sigs that you're making is different from the style that most people at our Forum make. IIRC, there's another Forum - I thinks it's name is XGen or something along those lines that does the same kind of art that you're doing.
Regardless, if you want some quick critique, here you go:
Sig:
I don't think that there's really a clear focal to it. I'm guessing that the focal point should be the thief, but he doesn't stand out in any particular way. When you make a Sig (or any art for that matter), most of the times, you want atleast one focal point. When the viewer first glances at it, his eyes should immediately be drawn to that focal point. It's the first thing he should look at. When I look at your Sig, I'm kinda glancing around, not sure what I'm supposed to be seeing.
Also, I think that the text needs better placement.
