Looks like you over did it on the Filter>Distort>Wave>Square. Change your text. Learn how to blend your render in to the background. Look up some tutorials. We have some great ones here. If you need any help don't hesitate to ask <3

what is a good way to blend the render into the background? all i do is change the opacity level
