Well...it's interesting. I like the colors but something about it just doesn't seem to work. Text is creative. I would have liked to have seen maybe the focus had been on just one eye instead of incorporating two, if you get what I mean by that. I can't say I like it, but I can't say I hate it.

ill make the next one a 1 eye thing, but i wanted the "stare" factor on this 1

You can still have the "stare" factor with one eye.
too sharpened. if the whispy bands of color above her eyes were softer, i would be completely sold.
i like the text a lot... i think i remember you saying in another thread that you often have text issues?, but i actually tend to really like what you do w/ text. for whatever that is worth.
anyway, send this chica to the blur tool and we'll get along fine, but as-is 7/10.
