NSR ~ Lyra

saw "The Golden Compass" today... wow. i am a sucker for epic fantasy stories, and this one ranks up there with the best of them. you simply must go see it. now. no, really, right now.
focal is the main character, Lyra. pen tool, clipping masks, some simple brushing, and my first semi-successful usage of the burn and dodge tools.

I like it. Only thing is the "Lyra" text that i'm not crazy about. Like the colors and creativity! <3

Very nice, love the kind off radiant feeling.
But, i don't like the font. The position off the text is ok, but the font isn't.

Yeah the font is a bit "blurry" to me as well.

Yeah, I see Irya as well. But it's not blurry to me.
Me and my friend Jeff actually just went to the AMC on Sunday, and bought a ticket to see The Golden Compass. But we went to see Awake instead, which turned out to be a so-so movie. I didn't like the ending.
Anyway...
I'm not sure if you placed it there, or it was part of the Render, but I love the light source shining on her face, as well as the multiple little white orbs floating around. Gives a sense of magic and the surreal, which I'm sure the movie was about.
Personally, though, I don't like this Sig as much as your other ones. To me, the blue, pink, and turquoise stripes coming out the right side of the... machine (?) look a bit fake and and out of place. Might just be me, though.
Looks nice overall. Seven out of ten from mee.

yah that was my doing. i am slowly getting better at light sources XD
