Well I can definately tell they're your first, it doesn't look like there was very much skill involved.

1/10 for the first,

and 0/10 for the pic.

I dont like the sig tbh, 3/10
but the pic instead would be a 9/10 if you would delete the text ...
it's ruining it

take a nice font and leave the background for what is it. dont make it white just type over it. now a 4/10 can be 9/10
