I was bored and had nun else to do, so um yeh it was made with photoimpact 8 *can't get ahold of photoshop*

Thats not the difference. He smudged colours over a weapon and you just added gifs to a bg. Of course you can tell whats in yours, you didnt really do anything.

I'd rather have something distinguishable and simple than something I can't tell head from tail, but hey that's just me, if you like super 'smudged' renders with no other effects except maybe a select color go for it.

i didn't know that makking a stupid pic while i was bored would cause an argument, yes its just smudges, but where did u start, prob at the same spot i am, and even still if you do not like it u could give constructive critisism, not it s*cks because its just a bunch of smudges. we all start somewhere i gues, well im off to get better, oh and does the artwork have to be silkroad related, cause ive drawn some dysney pics by hand
