The drop shadow doesn't make it look better, lower the opacity a little, and the stone ghost gets a bit lost in all the colours, maybe a photomanip would have been better as the background but meh, and its a little too large for my taste.
However - I say GJ.
5/10.

The drop shadow looked a lot better in PhotoShop, for me anyway, than it does on the Internet. I'll see what I can do about that. And now that I look at it again, it does seem a bit large.
I forgot so much about PS

, forgot how to blend the render in

easiest way was to lasso what you wanted and have featheriing to 15 -20 px then select and add vector mask. i would say just clean up the edges. little stuff like that takes away from the cool style.

Wow, man, that's really neat. I like the style and the fact that the shadows give it some perspective, but the shadows themselves are kind of dull as has been mentioned. Fool around and find a better way to give it that third dimension, is my advice.

Excellent, altho I feel that the font used does not match the picture. Again, clear up the shadows and it will be an awesome sig

Well I tried my best to fix the shadow by lowering the opacity, now it just looks like it has a smaller shadow area, in PhotoShop it really looks a lot better. I also made another one with bevels, so I'll let you decide which one looks better.
Bevels

Ooohh, I think the beveled one looks better.
Note: reduce the size tho

your shadows will come out the same on the internet as they do in photoshop if you export the image as a 24-bit png file rather than a gif.
the only "problem" with png, is that noobs that use Internet Exploiter wont be able to see it. Firefox users will be able to though. Firefox FTW! Die Internet Exploiter n00bs! xD

Yes, resave the Image as a *.png instead of *.gif, this will drastically improve the looks of it.
