less effects over your focal and right text is bleh.

erase effects over focal, fix text, maybe smoothen it out, or remove the fractal renders, if there is any :S

and if i put normal on my focal, its kinda plain

and how do i fix the text? blur it?

Colour overlay the face with a skin tone, burn tool for shadows. Make it not look black and white.
