Couldn't think of much, except for falling back on my vector brushes. Tried to avoid that.

Maybe because im new to this, but that looks PERFECT...

and it really comes down to how it looks and what a regular person thinks about it i believe.

The right and left sides looked too brushy. It's easy to see you used a simply brush and painted it in. It doesn't look real.

The halo looks cheesy, it's too bright; as do the eyes.

Ditto.

Perhaps(if you ever want to go back and change the sig) you should try using some brushes... maybe add some grunge or 3D renders into the background and make them a greenish color to compliment the eyes. It would also probably help his (her? I can't tell...) head pop out more and give the piece more depth.
