First Sig in months

I was just trying CS3, Still trying to figure out all the new details and +'s. I wanted to do something w/o a render
Can't see border, but it's 1px white.

Different I'll give you that after seeing your other work. I like the general atmosphere and 'feel' of it. However I don't like the lens flare, I think a brush could've done it better. I don't like the text either, and the stars bother me because they are too uniform.

I'd remove the lens flare and do it manually. The colours photoshop uses for the circles rarely matches the colour scheme used in works.

its nice I like it but also do some adjustments like the others said but nice work tho it really touches me with the "new beginning" great title by the way

Bottom right light source is too bright.
Nice concept though, thought about expanding from a sig to a large art piece? Perhaps suitable for a wallpaper.

nudge the text a bit closer together and see if you like that more.
or even a little farther apart...distance seems awkward to me atm.
