Need help with sigs (noob)

Hi
Erm i was wondering how do u make a picture as ur sig when u can copy and paste the file into the box thingy.
Ive already made myself a retarted sig but i duno how to put it in -____-

go to the website imageshack.us, click browse and find your file (the sig), click host it and wait. Now copy (ctrl c) the part where it says direct link and open up your profile for SRF. type in where it says Signature: and ctrl paste the link of your image between the [img]and[/img]. And walla your done. XD

any ways you change the size in PS or whatever.
