Need Guild Emblem made please

Okay. me and my friend are making a guild and i need someone to make me a emblem wit this pic 
;anyway u can throw that into a 16x16 emblem and still make it look good? if not if anyone can make one that looks good like it, that would be fine, i just want it to be seen.
