I need help putting together a forum i say i need help i actually need it doing all near enough i dont understand how to design them very well

i would like something that looks like this but more custom

the css is simeple enough, just read a css file and youll see, you jsut change colors and other details.

the other code parts are html, but basic html, which even a monkey could learn.

for the images, use a current template images, and draw over them, cos all the dimensions will be correct.


also, you can get the forum to look whoever you want, like a website, it just requires more different images, and more coding.

i only operatate in simple html i dont understand css and shit soo is there a guide anywhere that you recomend?
