it's really lacking on depth, shading/blurring on the effects of your focal can really help that. I'm about to really explore the vanishing point filter in photoshop, Ill get back to you on that.
I think your effects don't have a flow they agree on ^^ some go this way, some go that way, try and 'ground' them and organize their focus so your effects work together. I dont feel the sig is missing anything really, I just think what is already there can use some depth/flow improvement.

You are overusing vector brushes. When you brush get colours that match with the render, the purple is ok but i dont like the yellow. And i dont see the flow in this. And for the border try movie borders.
