That's a great tut! (Although how the hell he twisted it SO much I'll never figure out

) But I can't seem to find the Outer Glow feature. I've just been using Stroke. Could anybody please tell me where Outer Glow is?

Right click the layer> Blending ops> and then you should see it

One of ol3n's tutorials is out of date, I think he deleted it.

Also, for your clipping mask tut, maybe you can put the shortcut alt+lmb for convenience without too many options. I would post there, but why waste a post?

um i was wondering, i only have paint on my computer and i was wondering if i had to download like the photoshop brushes and then use it in paint or like any of the links in the topic and use them in paint or would i have to buy/download photoshop to be able to use like the stuff from photoshop brushes?

you would have to buy/download photoshop to use photoshop brushes ;]
