hi AC peeps. been a while since i've been in here. i've got this killer idea for a new sig, but i'm having a really hard time finding a stock for it. what i want is the buttons and the fretboard from Guitar Hero 2. an example can be found here.

the one in that picture is ok, but i would ideally like one that wasn't hitting a note, maybe with a few of the fret buttons pushed down or something. 49 pages of google images came up with pretty much that one as my only hi-res option.

HAAALLLPPP!!!!!! i would be willing to trade some sort of artistic tastiness or something of that nature to anyone who is able to furnish me with something suitable for sig use.

meh... thanks for finding that one, but i'd really like one w/ better resolution. needs to be pretty for sig-making :)

Just a few I found, I thought could be usefull. But if I were you, I'd go with a render/stock of a gamecharacter(From GuitarHere tha is ^^), and not the playboard. Anyway, good luck with the sigmaking

thanks IT, that did it for me... i ended up using a render as Snudge suggested. comments welcome, remember i'm a PS noob, this is like my 2nd sig. be truthful but gentle :)

ur not a noob, dont be so negative looks very nice. Good flow,lighting and colours but the left side is a little plain

lol i don't know if i have nearly enough confidence in my skills yet to be taking serious comissions, but if you really want me to give it a try, it'd be fun :) gimme a stock/render and an idea of what you want and i'll see hat i can come up with.

i like the sig style, but imo the render and bg are a bit too blurry.

it may look better with a RL guitar hero if you cant find a better render

yeah the render is lacking, with a bad quality render you get a bad quality sig, and vice versa, this o render is marginal, 6.5/10. I think you would be wayyy better off with finding a render of a person and bringing in the guitar or finding a nice stock of someone holding a guitar from GH2.

btw I <3 GH. But I suck at it.

with a black OR blue(like the text on the render) theme and it has 2 say Exality and Raxephon(guild name) on it somewhere

try stick a bit more to the original bg colors or completely change em imo

ok, fixed it a bit i think. did a fresh cutout of the stock and limitd the blurring considerably.
