I removed my text on the left area (had phone/name,etc still kinda new here). The printing is a bday gift, getting 1000 of these babies done on a pantone at 450 dpi mmmmmm. So I wanted to see if anyone had any ideas for improvement, I want this one to be super nice. I know alot of people here are crazy about lighting, and its kept down on this because the front is going to be gloss print and too much lighting would drown out the picture. Tell me what you think!

i like it a lot. but the size isnt that of a business card.
wouldnt that give any trouble?
*the image seems too high for a bc.

I scaled it down sort of funny, it has just a bit extra on every side to allow for the natural cropping when the cards are cut, I designed it in the specs given to me by my printer buddy.

It would be more inventive and easthetic in any way to not scale you're businesscard and make one in you're complete own style. i'd say leave it, looks a lot nicer then every businesscard i've ever encountered in the graphic business.

if you want to prove your creativity, then yes, make it a different size than
the normal business cards. just keep in mind that when you go OVER that
size, ppl throw the card away. it has to fit in wallets.

for sure cin, it is going to be standard business card size, my originality is in the design. I just like the fact that it is practically a portfolio piece from the get-go. Thank you very much everyone for your comments, I appreciate the reinforcement!
