Hear ye' hear ye'! Draquish of the Caribbean sends out a decree to all ze poets in ze land! To post ze poemz on thy here thread!! And to share ye poetic talent with us! I shall start ye off. (Take into consideration that all, except one of me poems is made for me Gf.)

I know I'm not good with words.
But I must be heard.
I feel really corny while writing all of this.
But there is too much stuff that I need to express.
Out of all the girls I've had, you seem to be the best.
There is something about you, you are not like the rest.
I'm so freaking whipped, I feel like a bitch.
You are the one girl, in a long time, that I don't want to ditch.
Just 30 minutes, that'll be enough.
To have me thinking about you, till the moon rises up.
You are like the drug I've never tried.
Better than Pot, and Crystal Meth combined.
Even though a guy like me doesn't deserve you.
I just wanted a simple way to tell you.
Today.
That I plan on loving you; till the end of my days.

I'm sitting here grinding, with my music on.
When suddenly I notice, that something has gone wrong.
The mobs dissapeared, and the chat box has stopped scrolling.
I can't click anywhere; where the heck am I going?
A box pops up, now I now see the connection.
I have just suffered, a bad case of disconnection.

Decisions

Everyone makes them, whether they like it or not.
It may be to become an astronaut, or to start smoking pot.
They are what makes us, or what sometimes breaks us.
And once in a while, they may cause a great fuss.
But remember dear friend, practice revision.
Each and every time you make a decision.

My Girlfriend

My girlfriend is nice.
My girlfriend is sweet.
My girlfriend wouldn't cheat on me, if I'd just let her be.
My girlfriend is the greatest person, I've ever got a chance to meet.
But sometimes I have insecurities.
When I see another guy, hugging my sweet pea.
What I feel is anger, and sometimes jealousy.
Should I confront her? Or just let her be?
Forget it, in the end, I know she wants to be with me.
If she cheats, then it wasn't meant to be. And if she's loyal, then I would have to agree.
That my girlfriend is the greatest person, I've ever got a chance to meet.

My next poem is titled:

One Day

One day I will, one day I will.
Wait for her hug, and I'll stand still.
One day I would, one day I would.
Do all that's in my power, for her own good.
One day I wish, one day I wish.
For her to cook for me, my new favorite dish.
One day I hope, one day I hope.
For strength and will, so I can cope.
One day is crappy, one day is crappy.
And I'll do anything, to make her happy.
One day I will, one day I will.
Confess to her, that I love her still.

I made this poem when me and my gf(yes the one from the previous poems) were split up...once we got back together I gave her the poem, she thought it was sweet.

Im not a poet myself, but I love the work of Alighieri, Ive read the whole comedy and then I read the Aeneid but didnt like it as much, so Ill stick with Alighieri when I feel like more poetry ^^ The comedy is an amazing work, his verses are arranged in a terza rima scheme (means 11 syllable lines) and they are arranged in a ryhme scheme such as : ABA BCB CDC DED EFE..etc for a continuous 500+ pages. INSANE!
