New Sig rate

i just made this sig which is jet grind(set) radio with a noise tank. well..rate it -/10.
and also advice.

the border is a bit too big other than that..8/10

7/10 would b more but the border is too big and the text is weird

yea the border is too big because i wanted the border widescreen but i went way to much.
