Choppy,
try using gamecam to make it into AVI
gamecam has an option of taking out mouse.
Then you can probably find a avi -> gif converter somewhere

yeah i just got a program but had some unregister cr2p but ty internet i got the registration code after i got "register" gave me the option to avi->gif
