there an alright bunch and give some sweet advice + u they have proper SIGs of the Week,Month,Year and they do like a thunderdoom where u can challege ppl and some person who isnt in the challenge comes along and sets the rules its alot of fun

Yeah they have a large forum community, which is great, but if you want to learn, this isn't the best place to do it. I only recommend NSL if you are bored and want to PvP with art. Besides, the community only looks large because you have to register to do anything.
