Guild-/Union logos

Hi All,
I need some help to find cool logos for my guild/alliance. If you have some nice images or you know a site including a huge of pictures, please post it. I am interested in 1 pic in two pieces too.
I've got about 40 pictures, but they don't have a good effect in the correct size.
