Like the render is way too light on the left side making it not blended at all, and the effects you put on the side doesn't really match.... with anything o_O. The text should be placed differently, it looks alright though. I don't know really, I think it just might be the BG that makes it look really weird, or maybe that render us made/used doesn't work in the pic.
