Can someone experienced make me a sweet sig? i have no idea on how to make one lol

I was thinking of something like:

Pic: Something to do with a Dark Wizard or something since im pure int nuker and my name is ThatOneMan19 and have fire around him or coming from him
Colors: black/silver or blue/silver. or black/blue.....i dont care wat ever looks good
design:? i dont kno wat type there is....wat ever looks good
