2nd sig ever, rate plz

(edit: i fixed the cut off lookin part hehe and added the border)
i stil suck i kno but rate anyways please.. any tips would be good

a border and maybe with a softbrush erase the bit where the head is kinda cutoff so it isnt noticable and feather the render to blend it in a little
why dont people use the smudge tool anymore?

new layer edit>stroke choose inside and what colour and make it 1px
and for the feather its easier if u juz erase the edges slightly with a large softbrush

8/10 very nice i like the smokey stuff in the bottom
right corner
