TITLE SHOULD SAY : BRUSHING A BACKGROUND TUT

Ok i don't know if this is what you wanted but i decided to make it for because Nave47 was asking about how to. Also and anyone else who cares to read it.

Here it is. Hopefully it should kill anyone :P

maybe i should have, but tbh i hardly think anyone is gonna rip it and if they do. then they know that there own work is inadequate.

reason it was grey is because the render i used i placed differently from the left side. so it was always going to be darker.

the render is blured to much.

if u want it abit blurred try Filter > Gaussian blur 1 to 3 and set it on like 50-70 opacity

background is ok the top left is empty the text looks like its from robo cop so try do something about that. and the render needs some better blending because it to light for the immediate background.

how do i blend it?? i mean any advice on how to blend the colors so that the render or the background matches?? sry i'm still a noob about this.. :)

very simple blending a render. take a soft white brush at low opacity and brush around the edges at low opacity.

another way people blend is by blurring and copying the render and moving it around a little.
