Simple re-size please

Could i have this image :
Resized to 16x16 in 24-Bit Bitmap format
This is for a guild emblem so if you culd save it as guildmark.bmp i would be most gratefull.

It'd be better to redraw it at 16x16 but.. I don't have time for that right now.. or patience and a steady hand.

Dude, it'll just look like a red and white background, which has been totally smudged/blurred out..
