Just click the black and white orb at the bottom right, there you will find both photofilter and gradient maps. click photofilter and you will be able to choose colors, choose green and click ok.
Go back but this time choose gradientmap and you will find the black to white gradient there, click ok and change the blending mode and opacity.
Sorry if im wrong in some places but I havnt had photoshop in like 5 weeks now.
