so i want to make a nice sig to put up here for rate but noo if i try i totally screw it up...
i hate my english .i just can't understand half of things what are in ps...
so i search and try all the things but i can't make it even then right when i finally find my searched thing.

i wanted to know how u all make this glowing stripe on u'r sigs like on Ol3n's halo sig ..
but yea i have to admit(don't know that i wrote this right too) that i don't even know how to get one thing from one pic to other pic ...
why this ps have to be so hard to understand
