First of all: Give yourself more credit and have confidence.. It's better to think that you're good, than it is to think you suck, which you don't.
The focal point isn't visible enough, and it could use some depth.

I agree on the colors... u guys have tendency to burn way too much.

I think that you've brang up a new sort of style...
But yeah it's too colourful and it doesn't stick out as much.
