Photomanip:
First try at a photomanipulation sig.. no c4d's, no smudging, no brushes.
Hopefully somebody out there likes it.

It's when you take a whole image and manipulate it using filters, gradient maps, stuff like that.

Yeah I'm thinking of re-doing it.. when I was making it PS wouldn't let me do most of the filters (they were greyed out) and I realized I set it to 16-bit.. which I never usually do.. so I'm gonna try it again on 8-bit and see if I can get a little more life out of the background, hopefully I can use all the filters this time.

Cinema4d is a modeling program in which you make 3d models, the thing he means is 3d abstracts made in Cinema4d.

I'm starting to really dislike c4d sigs (I see them too much lol). c4d is not even that good of a 3d modeling program >.> I like 3dsmax personally. But nice photomanip, try adjusting the colors though. It doesn't really fit together atm.

C4d sigs doesnt have to contain anything from Cinema4d, c4d is just a comon name for it. The real name is 3dAbstract.

This is no photomanip, because it isn't a photo .. it's a drawn image.
The signature with Aiko in it (the first in my signature box) is a photomanip sig.

That's just tweaking it, a real photomanip is using photoshop tools to manipulate the subject matter. Here's an example:

^a guy took a picture of the london bridge and maniped oceans around it
http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/5458090/
^a guy took pictures of himself and "maniped" it into a "statue"

No, editing just a little bit on an image it manipulating it.
- Those are just BIG manipulations.

Minor manipulations are not worth doing much...
But anyways, this is one of my favorite photomanips:
