i got my free PSP:CS from a friend. and its portable inside a memory stick.

I reformated last week. Needed to get photoshop again - found it for free.

okay.... Do you even know the differences between the versions? From version 6.0 to now there's only been minor changes, mostly graphical. With the exception of some really sparsely used features, cs2/cs3beta to 6.0 have been practically the same thing.

Lol, and I thought I was cool having PS: CS2 (which I'm not using, I only use 6.0 but meh.

But yeah I think Gimp is a great choice, seen a friend working with it the other day, and I have to say its an awesome program!

Get GIMP. It's the IMP that I started out with, and prepared me for the wonderful world of PS. Go ahead, try it!

i downloaded gimp last night, and thought it was pretty kewl, although, totally differnt 2 fireworks which is wat we use a t scholl 4 most of our stuff, but we mostly making web sites not siggys,
so, gonna look through the siggy tuts, and see how i go, will post a product soon (if it works).

PS - dom, most likly that free phtoshop was filled with trojans, keyloggers, spyware etc. etc., hope u scanned it

Are there any differences in The Photoshop series and the CSx Series?

CS is just the newer versions of photoshop, and you have som new filters and tolls Etc.Etc

ontopic: yea it seems almost everyone not using ps is using gimp. im using ps CS2.

Aaaaand alot of brushes are made on the CS range now so yeah.

Sucks.

But I managed to find some 7.0 ones on Deviantart.

Everything on the internet is free So just pick the best
