i was messing around with faststone and i got some good stuff with it.

i resized the weallpaper so i dont have to cause the whole post to get lagged
but if u really want a large one just pm me and i give u it
the last one looks cool to my eyes lol
im not kidding it just does
and yes i didnt make A LOT of changes but i did change many things

Yes it can.
First one you just changed the colors.
Which is one effect.
Second, you just embossed it using certain settings.

faststone isnt like photoshop
its hard to do things in faststone i had to do it bit by bit

Im not familiar with the program. I would say 2nd is best probably. Keep playing with the program and learning new techniques.

Look, even if you managed to make that take you a million steps, it's still one effect, and can be done in one step.
