I hate to inject my negativity onto this thread.. but...
First - Not enough vectoring, looks a bit empty. Text is nice but a bit too large , hell its almost the focal point.
Second - Needs colour, and more activity on the left and right.
Third - Nothing in general, just a bit, plain.
Fourth - I like this one the best, but I think it needs a little more, something.
I'm not sure, maybe some transparent background rips, or a bit more "splashing of colour".
And darken some of his energy on the left.
