Nice idea using the lighting effect as your animation. But its really distracting. I barely saw the 2nd person in that sig.
IMPROVE:
Text.(doesn't really go with the whole sig.)
Colors.(I don't know...I just find it so....plain.)
Better border.
Try getting better renders, I think if you used your BG image as your main render, that It would look better.
