Its...wtv, some simple effects, no border, and that font...I'm sry but I'm 2 busy ATM to give you any constructive advice. Im teh sryz

Where you stretched the colum marque tool you shoulda stopped
it when it meats the render isntead of going right acros from
right to left, Yeh i know it sounds sort of complicating.
Add a 1px border (black)
Find a new font and try blending it using the layer properties.
