ok well i followed this tutorial http://www.gimptalk.com/forum/topic/Ble ... 327-1.html

i followed it step by step , but hwen i got to this part...i got stuck.. im getting lost at the part where he says to add new layer , duplicate layer and put new layer behind the layer you have just created and where he says motion blur it by liner>length.137.angle.180 . help would be appricieted .

then we need a render go gamerenders and find a good render then make sure its a png save file. then make new folder called My Renders or something like that
then paste the render onto your bg.DO NOT ANCHOR LAYER!!! just add a new layer

once added new layer duplicate that layer and put the new layer behind the layer you have just created. motoin blur it by :liner>lengnth >137>angle>180. then just move it around so it fills up the hole picture. if u have a small render just scale layer by a ridiculesly large amount then fill it up.when done merge all the motoin blured layers like so

I think he wants u to move the layer under the other layer or something. See the first part of my pic.

And then motion blur it. Just like he sayed. The other 2 parts of the pic are showing how.

im still getting lost where i have to put one layer under another layer... and when i did motion blur i ended up bluring my render and not my background..

did u duplicate the render layer first? also, make that the layer u want to change is selected, and not any other layer.

Yup, select right layer.
And to move layer, just click and drag it. Thats what i tried to show on the picture.
